Jessica Stroup specializes in the rehabilitation and prevention of sports-related injury, pain, and movement dysfunction.

She has been practicing in Orthopedic Physical Therapy since 2014 and completed a Fellowship in Manual & Orthopedic Physical Therapy in 2018. Jessica provides high quality, evidence-informed physical therapy with specialized training in joint mobilization, thrust manipulation, myofascial release, dry needling, skilled movement analysis, and corrective exercise prescription. Her goal is to get you back to doing the things you love and continue to live a happy, healthy, and active life!

Jessica is a multi-sport athlete herself and enjoys any activities that challenge her as an athlete, including running, soccer, weightlifting and CrossFit, rock climbing, cycling and winter sports.
